Apartment number 3 has one double room, a completely equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a sofa sleeper as an additional sleeping accommodation. Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom with shower and separate WC as well as an access to the balcony. On the balcony you will have a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
The modern furniture of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, a water boiler and cookware as well as plates and dishes. Additionally, there is also a flat-screen TV with satellite reception in the kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the whole apartment.

Booking conditions
- The prices are per apartment and night
- excluding tourist tax of € 5 per person and day from the age of 15.
- In addition, € 100.00 per stay will be charged for the final cleaning.
- The surcharge for short stays of up to 3 days is € 10.00 per person and night.
- On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 16:00 and on the day of departure the apartments and parking spaces must be vacated by 10:00.
- Should your arrival be delayed and you arrive later, we ask you to inform us briefly by telephone or in writing by when we can expect your arrival.
