Booking conditions
- The prices are valid per apartment and per night with a minimum stay of 3 days exclusive a tourist tax amounting to € 3,50 per person and per day for residents aged 16 or older.
- Additionally, € 100,00 are charged for final cleaning.
- If you book a short stay of less than 3 days, there will be a surcharge of € 10,00 per person and per night.
- On the day of arrival, you can check in at 4 p.m. At the day of departure, we beg you to vacate the apartment and the parking spaces by 10:00 a.m. If you intend to arrive after 7 p.m., please inform us via email or telephone about your intended time of arrival.
- Upon arrival, a deposit of € 300.- is due in cash for each apartment.
