This apartment consists of a double room and a spacious living room/kitchen with dining area, flat screen TV and a comfortable pull-out couch that can be used as a bed. This double room is equipped with a flat screen TV, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The apartment also has access to the balcony – with a wonderful view of the mountains.
The equipment of the modern kitchen offers contemporary comfort: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle as well as cooking and eating utensils. As already mentioned, there are flat screen TVs with satellite reception in all rooms and free wireless internet throughout the apartment.

Booking conditions
- The prices are per apartment and night
- excluding tourist tax of € 5 per person and day from the age of 15.
- In addition, € 100.00 per stay will be charged for the final cleaning.
- The surcharge for short stays of up to 3 days is € 10.00 per person and night.
- On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 16:00 and on the day of departure the apartments and parking spaces must be vacated by 10:00.
- Should your arrival be delayed and you arrive later, we ask you to inform us briefly by telephone or in writing by when we can expect your arrival.
